Pass-through costs
Domain: registered under the LaSolys account; you pay only the cost, $8 to $20 a year depending on the ending. Renewal from year two on is also at cost. You can request a transfer.
Hosting: stays on the LaSolys account (Cloudflare) and is passed through at cost, like the domain — currently $0.

Add-ons
- Priority 1 among clients: +40% on top of setup; the timeline then depends on scope.
Extra section and extra page follow the table in item 01 and apply any time you're a client.

Timeline and payment
Timeline: confirmed with the projects or sales team, depending on scope.
Payment: bank transfer or PayPal; setup and costs are billed within 7 business days of the signed contract.

What isn't part of the service yet?
For now we don't build online stores, online payments, login areas, database-backed systems, ongoing blogs, photo or video production, or social media management. If you need something like that, tell us in the conversation — not everything fits right now, and we say so clearly.
How do changes work?
Monthly maintenance comes in a 2, 4, or 6-hour plan (Minimum, Standard, or Maximum). An edit changes what already exists; a new section is an addition and sits outside those hours. Hours don't roll over, and first response time depends on the plan, in business hours. Plans and prices are in the pricing section above.
Can I have more than one language?
Yes. Your site can be in Portuguese, English, or another language your audience uses. We work out how that fits the proposal in the conversation. Prices are in the pricing section above.
How does the domain work?
The domain is registered under the LaSolys account. You pay only the cost, which varies by ending, and you can request a transfer. Renewal from year two on is also billed at cost. The domain cost is in the pricing section above.
How long does it take?
It depends on what your site needs. The timeline is confirmed with the projects or sales team before we start, and the clock starts once the contract is signed and you've sent the materials we need.
