How do I book an appointment?
Tap any Book button and a WhatsApp chat opens with your message ready. Tell us the service and a few days that work, and we will confirm within a few hours. You can also call us.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer your spot to someone else. Late cancellations may carry a 50% fee on color services.
Can you fix color done elsewhere?
Yes. Send us photos on WhatsApp or book a $25 color consultation, applied to your service. We will explain what is realistic and how many sessions it may take.
How long does balayage take?
Usually three to four hours including toner and blow-dry, depending on your hair length and starting color.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Sometimes, for quick services like fringe trims and blowouts. Appointments always get priority, so booking ahead is best.
How do I pay?
You pay at the studio after your service. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. There is no online payment.
